The venue was well-organized and nicely decorated. the location was stunning near the restaurant, Hungary, and more restaurants and cafes. - I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. - I had good food for breakfast for all tastes.

The venue is beautifully decorated, tidy and the location is exceptionally nice and beautiful so close to thermal lake and the center of Heviz with more restaurants. Really helpful and affable staff, the breakfasts are hot for all tastes

The wellness double room at Ensana Thermal Heviz had everything I needed: a work desk, multi-channel television, and a seating area. It will be my next choice again in Heviz.

The Thai Massage was superb!

The pillows were really uncomfortable, the a/c was not working as efficiently as expected but thankfully we didn't have to use it for all the days, and there was no safe box in the rooms so we had to keep our valuables with us most of the time.

We had a varied breakfast for all tastes, for all tastes. The room was neat and warm with a large bed and with a view. Wonderfully helpful and very amiable staff at the reception desk and nothing was trouble for them.

The rooms were tidy and quite peaceful, offering plenty of room to move around. 🧼

I had gone to the spa specifically for the treatment afforded by the medical centre for osteoarthritis from which I suffer quite badly. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the consultant rheumatologist and the physiotherapists who seemed to arrive at the heart of my problem. I enjoyed the mud wraps which also helped with the arthritis and bathing in the thermal pools. The staff were attentive and caring. I hope to visit again!

The room here is spacious and cozy, equipped with all the amenities you need.

The spa facilities are as marketed. The location in relation to the township is fantastic. Buffet for dinner and breakfast is decent. Aesthetics of hotel are a little dated but appropriate for the surrounding area.

The mattresses in the standard twin single rooms are quite hard. Air conditioning functions but is insufficient to cool the room to comfortable levels on a +28c (or greater) day. In summer, request rooms on the east side of the building as afternoon sun can significantly heat the rooms.

I booked a wellness double room with a large balcony and great facilities, including a minibar.
